Nancy Spencer has over 20 years’ experience in research and Behavioral Health nursing at leading medical facilities in the Washington, D.C. area including Walter
Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) where she has served as a research nurse specialist and manager, group facilitator,
instructor, and medical/technical writer. In her personal life, Ms. Spencer has received positive accolades for her inspirational speeches and community leadership
skills. Having been targeted in several online scams and finding few resources to help navigate through the devastating aftermath, she decided to use her research, writing, and leadership skills to develop a comprehensive program designed to uncover the scam industry, and to guide, heal, and transform scam targets from victims to survivors.
